Product Return/Exchange Policy:
You may return items within 30 days of receipt in its original/re-sellable condition. All return items MUST have a Return Authorization Number (RMA#).
UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS WILL BE REFUSED.
Please contact our Returns Department at (949) 753-1188 or e-mail: customerservice@stitchmasterinc.com for a Return Authorization Number. Please enclose a copy of your packing list with your return. If you do not have a copy of your packing list, please indicate the order number, your name and address along with a list of the items you are returning and send the package to:

Please indicate the reason for the return on the packing slip. Please, write the Return Authorization Number (RMA #) on the address label of the package. It is recommended to send the package via a traceable shipping method. However, Stitchmaster Inc. will not be responsible for return shipping charges or tracking your return item. Stitchmaster Inc. is not responsible for improperly delivered packages or packages damaged in transit.
